Great location, close to many attractions and public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. the room was clean and comfortable. the complimentary fruit platter and orange juice were a nice touch. the breakfast had a good variety of local food options. a pleasant stay.

The bathroom could use some renovation. the tiles and toilet bowl looked old and worn out.

We loved breakfast and service, the hotel had absolutely everything we needed. Quick room service. For dinner we chose Wingstop, that was 600 metres from the property. There where parking on-site...

This hotel was situated near tourist destinations like Pramuka Park. We appreciated breakfast and facilities, no complaints whatsoever.

Swimming pool, spacious room (deluxe) with beautiful wooden floor. Good beds with a double set of thick pillows. Noiseless air-condition, and the window was good enough to block the traffic noise from coming in. Room and bath was fairly clean. Indonesian breakfast, not continental and without toast or cheese, but with a good selection of cakes for those that prefer that for breakfast.

Location, The hotel is situated close to a main road in a residential area where there are no restaurants, shopping or interesting attractions in walking distance. Thus, the busway has a stop in front of the hotel and this is the cheapest and fastest transport option for getting around in Jakarta. Hot water never more than lunk-warm so expect very cold showers and forget about using the tub. Only Indonesian tv-channels, pluss English AlJazzerra. No minibar, but there is a fridge. Music noise from the restaurant far into the night, even up on 8th floor where we stayed. There is no wireless internet in the rooms, but there is a cabled outlet which we didn't try. Asked for extra towel to use by the pool, but the staff rejected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the 12th floor was very quiet, great to sleep well without any traffic noise. The complimentary bottled water provided every day was a nice touch. We were also kinda surprised by the fruit platter and orange juice that welcomed us upon arrival. The hotel offers good but simple local food for breakfast, and the room service choices were also excellent. The location in the business center of the city was convenient for us.

The breakfast was for indonesia okay, kind of toast and omelet was fine. Coffee okay...breakfast included.

Room was old. Fridge dirty. TV-channels only a view, nothing in english.Hot water for shower sometimes only between cold/warm. Internet: 3 hours/77000 IDR. Roomservice example: 1 small coke for 28000 IDR !!!

the bath up did not have a plug, so i cannot use the bath up. its also did not have many tv channel.

We had a great experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the business center. Our room was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to sleep well. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing complimentary water and a fruit platter upon arrival. the breakfast had a good selection of local food. a positive stay.

The lack of English channels on the TV was disappointing.

I'm really disappointment, I have got suck because they are some cockroach in the floor and one of them fueld down in my glass, secone issue, I have lived there there for three nights and first two night the internet does not work even it is not free, thired issue, there are a lots of beggars front of the entrance, last main problem, the air conditioner and fridge were not working very well. As a result I dont reccommend this hotel at all. thank you for asking

Traffic is very bad due to construction work going around that area. I have cancelled my stay after one night, due to no internet connection and very noise.

Front desk staffs very very rude!.. They dont have good manner. the room wasnt ready until midnite.... i have to couple hours for my room. never never stay there again. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL... Far from everwhere (eq. shopping malls)

The hotel lobby has a grand ambiance that makes it looks like an old five star hotel. Room was very big and spacious with high ceiling. Comfortable bed, sofas and adequate furniture made the living very pleasant. Front desk people are cordial and helpful. Experience with the hotel is mostly positive. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance and taxis are always available.

The hotel is located little out f the way from the city centre, with no shop or restaurant within walking distance. Choice of food at breakfast is limited. At dinner and lunch time the service is very slow.

Once up in the room at 12th floor, very quiet. No traffic noise. Able to sleep well on first night. Complimentary 2 bottled water every day. Complimentary fruit platter and orange juice to welcome you. Good but simple local food food during breakfast. Room service choices also good.

Bathroom / toilet looks tired, old. Maybe need to replace the tiles, toilet bowl. I'm not a smoker so looking at the cigarette burn marks in the toilet sink and working desk in room was not pleasant to see. Room was newly painted in neutral color so quite nice. Bed was comfortable and sheets crisp. Only one English channel - sports. All others in local language. No wifi or lan available during my stay. Staff said internet available in business center only.
